Sumin An (b.1995 , North Korea) is an artist originally from North Korea and currently based in London. She studied Fine Art at Hongik University in South Korea and continues to develop her practice in the UK. Her work explores memories of her childhood hometown, reinterpreting nostalgia and the longing for home through painting and digital media.

She transforms recollections and dreams into visual narratives, expressing her inner self and affirming her identity. Her works capture the dynamic flow of emotions through colour, movement, and digital compositions, creating intimate spaces where personal memory and imagination intersect.
